| 摘 要： | 美国的民事没收制度规定了民事没收的范围、没收的程序、民事没收程序和刑事诉讼程序的关系、被没收财产的处分、被没收财产向外国的移交等内容。其所体现的是一种对物的独立追诉原则,证明标准为“排除任何合理怀疑”(beyondareasonabledoubt)。
