| 摘 要： | 为了培养适应社会要求的应用型人才,中华女子学院山东分院学前教育专业进行了教学改革。教改从更新观念入手,强化学生教育技能训练,不仅提高了学生的就业率,而且缩短了学生的工作适应期,获得了良好的社会声誉。

Stated from idea innovation, the reform strengthens the training of teaching skills,improves the employment rate,shortens the adapting period of students and earns a very good reputation. |
