Thoughts on the Construction of Teaching Management Systems of Public Management

The innovation of talents’ training model of demand-d riven Public Administration Majors is a brand new major of teaching and educating,and it needs not only a great adjustment of the curriculum systems,but also a significant reform of the teaching management system.This thesis holds that reforms and constructions of Management Systems whose core is the regular management sys tems of teaching should be strengthened by from the society-oriented needs,and inspiring potentials,promoting interests,strengthening practice and promoting round-development of students.
