| 摘 要： | 坚持以人为本,全面协调可持续发展的科学发展观,是加强党的执政能力建设的重要体现。要坚持科学发展观,就要用科学发展观指导新世纪新时期的公安高等教育,促使公安高等教育能够全面协调可持续发展;就要坚持以人为本原则,促进人的全面发展;就要走速度、规模、质量、效益全面发展之路;就要树立执政为民、求真务实的校长政绩观。

| Abstract: | Adhering to the scientific view of development with people oriented and overall adjustment for sustainable development is an important aspect of reinforcing our party's operating capacity.We need to stick to this view to instruct police education for an overall sustainable development in the new period.By sticking to the concept of people oriented, we can achieve an overall development for people and an overall development in speed, scale, quality and efficiency for police colleges. |
