Toxicological findings in fatal aircraft accidents in the United Kingdom

Toxicology studies can contribute much to investigations into the causes of accidents. This paper examines toxicological data from 485 fatal aircraft accidents over a 24-year period in terms of relevance to causing accidents and difficulties in procuring samples for analysis.
