| 摘 要： | 国家已明确要求全面推进素质教育。要搞好全民族的素质教育,关键取决于“人类灵魂工程师”——光荣的人民教师的素质如何。教师素质是当前十分重要而又必须重点解决的问题。教师素质提高了,“科教兴国”战略才能真正落到实处。
