反恐怖“精确打击”应把握的几个问题

恐怖事件中心区武力攻击处置，是新时期党中央和国务院赋予公安部队的艰巨任务，是随着恐怖与反恐怖形势的不断变化而衍生出的一种新的作战样式，而“精确打击”又是制约反恐怖突击战斗的瓶颈。因此，应着重把握准确判明险点、精心选择阵地、优化武器装备、掌控射击方式；把握射击限度、配合快速突击等战术手段，实现高效处置。

Several Problems of Accurate Attacking in the Course of Counter-terror

The armed attack in central area dealing with terror events is the arduous task that the Party's Central Committee and State Council entrust to public security forces in new era,which is new fighting type derived from the constantly changing situation of terror and counter-terror.Accurate attacking is bottle neck of fighting of counter-terror.More attention should be paid to accurately judging dangerous points,carefully choosing position,optimizing equipments,controlling shooting style and limitation,coordinating tactics measures such as rapidly attacking to deal with efficiently.
