| 摘 要： | 青年人才是人力资源中的核心资源.按照全国人才工作会议精神,树立科学的青年人才观,建立广纳群贤、充满活力、能上能下的用人机制,是全面建设小康社会的需要.本文通过对市场经济与计划经济体制下人才观进行比较分析,提出了适应社会主义市场经济体制的新的青年人才观.
