| Abstract: | It is an important measure to implement mass route by public security organ,and also an inevitable choice of strengthening police team construction and improving public security work to construct harmonious relationship be-tween the people and the police.The public security organ should enhance abilities of punishment and prevention,increase communication and connection,raise service levels and set up good police conducts. |
