| 摘 要： | 《行政许可法》的颁布实施是我国行政法制建设史上的又一里程碑式的大事,是我国政府执政为民宗旨的集中体现。用温家宝总理的话说,这是行政机关的一场“自我革命”。这一革命将促使我国政府理念向着现代政府理念发展:由全能政府走向有限政府、由神秘政府走向透明政府、由管理政府走向服务政府、由利益政府走向责任政府、由人治政府走向法治政府。

| Abstract: | The Implementation of administrative license law is another important thing in the history of legal construction.It is a revolution for administrative bodies themselves.The revolution should spur our idea of government to contemporary idea of government:from all-round government to limited government,from uncanny government to open government,from administrative government to service government,from behalf government to responsible government and from government ruled by men to government ruled of law. |
