| 摘 要： | 建立“大教育”、“大培训”工作体系,是公安部党委着眼公安工作和队伍建设长远发展提出的重要战略部署。对构建公安“大教育”、“大培训”法规体系的指导思想、建构原则以及本质属性、体系结构进行系统的研究,有利于构建我国公安“大教育”、“大培训”法规体系。

| Abstract: | Establishing work system of large-scale education and training is an important strategic arrangement posed by the CPC of Ministry of Public Security focusing on long-term development of public security work and team construction. The study on instruction idea, establishment principle, natural characteristics and structure system of establishing legal system of large-scale education and training helps to contribute to the proposals for establishing legal system of large-scale education and training. |
