| Abstract: | This paper will discuss, based on the relation between the contract of sale of goods and the contract of carriage of goods by sea, whether the right of control is necessary and reasonable. It will comment on the clauses of right of control in the Transport Law, linking the relative laws of the countries of the world, and put forward the revised advice. It will introduce the present law and legislating development of our country. |
