| 摘 要： | 命案在刑事案件中影响非常大,因此命案的侦破工作就倍受关注,命案现场重建可以有效提高办案质量,促进案件的侦破工作。本文论述了犯罪现场重建的理论依据,探讨了重建命案现场的关键和命案现场重建的内容、步骤,并运用自己所侦办的案件作为论据做了进一步的说明。
