华商家族式企业与西方企业人力资源管理比较研究.

摘    要:华人企业家在过去的经营中取得了很大的成功,但随着竞争的日益加剧和全球化趋势的日益明朗,华商家族式企业面临着越来越多的挑战和障碍,西方化经营已成为解决众多挑战的必要手段。而西方化扩张对他们有限的资源,特别是“人”造成了更大的压力,因此,研究华商家族式企业与西方企业在人力资源方面的区别,有助于华人企业家认清他们的优劣势,采取有效的人力资源措施,以迎接挑战。

Abstract:The Chinese entrepreneurs have made a great success in the past.But with the rapid growth of competition and the growing trend of globalization,there are more and more challenges and barriers for Chinese family enterprises.Western management has been a necessary tool to settle these tough problems.But excessive westernization has given a great pressure to their limited resources,especially people.So,the research on the differences between Chinese family enterprises and western enterprises can help Chinese entrepreneurs know their strengths and weaknesses clearly,and take effective measures of human resources to meet the challenges.
