2011年中日关系综述及日本对华政策走向

2011年对中日两国来说是关键的一年,两国关系从2010年的钓鱼岛风波后逐渐得到恢复并有所发展,双方高层互访频繁并达成共识;两国在经贸领域交流频繁,日本加大了对华投资力度;野田佳彦担任首相后,日方还采取新政策推进中日关系。但受制于历史和现实因素,两国关系发展还面临难点和困境,尽管如此中日关系积极发展的大局有望保持稳定。

A Summery of Sino-Japanese Relations in 2011 and the Trend of Japan’s China Policy

2011 is the key year forChina and Japan, in which frequent bilateral visits of high levels occurred and a consensus has been reached, and the two sides were engaged in active economic and trade exchanges. Since Noda Yoshihiko took office, Japan has taken new policies to push the Sino-Japanese relations foreword. Although, owing to historical and practical factors, the development of Sino-Japanese relations is confronted with difficulties and impediments, the active development of their bilateral relations remains a major trend.
