| 摘 要： | 不论从理论上讲还是从实践中看,几乎所有的农民问题乃至“三农”问题都可以和农民的权益问题联系起来,都可以归结或还原为一个权益问题;权益问题能否解决或解决好,关系到整个“三农”问题能否解决或解决好。这既显示了权益问题的重要性,同时也说明了权益问题的广泛和复杂性。

| Abstract: | Practically or theoretically speaking, almost all the problems conceming the peasants as well as the problems of the peasants, of the rural areas and of agriculture are relating to peasants' rights and interests. Whether this problem can be very well solved determines the fact whether the problems of the peasants, of the rural areas and of a-griculture can be well solved. This reflects the importance of rights and interests, and meanwhile shows that the problem is widely existing and complicated. |
