| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses about the potential for the development of digital art education in western region, the international trend in and strategic guidelines for establishing digital art programs in higher education institutes, and puts forward a structural solution; and also foreshadows the possibility for establishing an industrial basis of digital culture in the northwest region so as to bring into full play the spirit of Chinese traditional culture. |
