| 摘 要： | 卧底警察是侦破有组织犯罪、团伙犯罪等案件的有效手段。世界各国在打击有组织犯罪、毒品犯罪、严重暴力犯罪等复杂犯罪时,都不约而同地赋予侦查机关使用卧底警察的权利。我国有关卧底警察的法规过于原则化、简单化,在司法实践中很难适用。在有限度地承认卧底警察的合法性已成为国际趋势的情况下,我国也应该将卧底警察立法化。
