摘 要: | Substantial progress has been made in the India-ASEAN relations since India advanced and implemented the "Look East" strategyafter the Cold War. India became ASEAN's sectoral dialogue partner in January 1992 and full dialogue partner in 1995, and joined ARF in July 1996.
