国民经济调整中江苏农村的退赔问题研究

江苏省在大跃进和人民公社化运动中,各种大办和以共产风为主要特征的五风盛行,一平二调现象十分严重,给国民经济造成了极大危害。1960年下半年到1965年底,在中央和华东局的领导下,江苏省进行了退赔工作。江苏的退赔工作密切了干群关系,提高了群众生产的积极性,成为国民经济好转的一个重要环节。
