| Abstract: | Under the new situation, the starting point of trade union work should protect the interests of trade union members. Inorder to serve the members better, we should improve the overall quality and work capability of trade union cadres. Therefore, weshould build strong leadership and perfect the effective mechanism of advancing the growth of trade union cadres. |
