未成年人言词证据的取证机制创新

目前我国有关收集未成年人言词证据的法律规定比较少,取证人员缺乏未成年人言词证据的取证知识,取证程序也亟需规范。因此,必须在确立未成年人言词证据的取证原则的基础上,建立以现代科学技术为基础的未成年人言词证据取证机制,建立未成年人言词证据的专业取证队伍和特别取证程序,并适当运用一些符合未成年人特点的取证方法。

On the Innovation of the System of Taking Word Evidence from Legal Minors

At present,the types of laws and regulations concerning collecting word evidence from legal minors are in lack.Personnel in this field are not well-informed in how to deal with the job;the procedure is in need of regularization as well.Therefore,it is a must to set up a modernized system of collecting evidence from legal minors that is based on an established principle of collecting evidence and on modern science and technology,to build up a professional working team and a special procedure in this field.The method of collecting evidence is supposed to be applicable to the characteristics of legal minors.
