道德视域下竞技体育不正之风的成因及对策

当前我国社会正处在快速转型的进程中,竞技体育事业的蓬勃发展与竞技体育不正之风并存的客观现实不容忽视。竞技体育不正之风产生的根本原因在于部分体育人的价值观出现问题:利益驱动诱发个人欲望膨胀,享乐主义价值观导致心灵扭曲,道德失范成本过低导致诚信观念薄弱。因此,在体育道德建设实践中,需要不断完善体育道德建设的内容,整合体育道德规制的方法,借鉴吸纳遏制竞技体育不正之风的有益经验,注重从源头反腐,不断筑牢体育人内心的道德防线。

Study on Causes of Malpractices in Competitive Sports and the Countermeasures from the Moral Perspective

At present, our country is in the process of rapid transformation. The coexistence of sports rapid development and sports malpractices cannot be ignored. The fundamental reason for these malpractices lies in the wrong values of some sports-men, such as personal desires expansion driven by benefits, distorted mind caused by hedonism values, weak honesty concept caused by low cost of immorality. Therefore, we should constantly improve the contents of sports morality construction, integrate methods and approaches of sports morality regulations, and learn international experience to restraint these malpractices in competitive sports. Corruption should be prevented from source and sportsmen’s inner moral line should be strengthened con-tinually.
