| 摘 要： | 推进社会主义新农村建设,必须始终把发展农村生产力放在第一位,大力发展现代化农业,千方百计增加农民收入。要实现这一目的,就必须加强一线农业科技力量,切实增加农业科技投入,培养创新型农民。培养新型农民是党和政府支农、惠农政策落实到农村的有效载体。

| Abstract: | To promote the building of new socialist countryside,must give top priority to the development of rural,develop modern agriculture,increase the income of the farmers.To achieve this purpose,strengthen the first force in agricultural science and investment in agricultural science,culture and innovative farmers.Farmers cultivate a new party and the government is supporting agriculture,the benefits in rural areas. |
