试论男性参与对社会性别平等的作用——以农村社会性别发展项目为例

社会性别平等不仅仅是单纯的妇女的事情及其妇女组织的事情,或某一部分人、某一个具体领域的事情,需要全社会的关注和行动,没有男性的改变和参与,不可能从根本上解决社会性别平等问题。在项目实践中如何调动男性参与的积极性、发挥男性的作用,从而推动农村社会性别发展项目的顺利开展,促进社会性别平等的实现是一个值得深入探讨的课题。

On Men＇s Participation in Gender Equality——Taking Gender Development Program in Rural Area of Guizhou as Example

The study on gender theory is not that women talk to themselves and entertain themselves;the idea of gender equality is not that a group of women are crying out;the development program of gender is not that several women have a training,meeting and do programs with rural women.Gender equality is not only on affairs of women and women organizations or some people and specific fields,but also involving focus and action of all society.If men do not participate actively,the problem of gender equality will be impossible to be solved radically.In this paper,based on program of gender development in rural area,how to mobilize and develop men in program practice is investigated in order to implement gender equality.
