| 摘 要： | 陈衡哲是民国时期著名的历史学家和文学家,同时又是一位优秀的教育工作者。1920年她受聘于北京大学,成为中国近代第一位女大学教授。她在《衡哲散文集》中,从不同方面谈及妇女教育。其女子教育思想涉及女子教育的目的,女子教育的内容,同时还对当时的女子职业教育有独到的见解和深入的阐述,这些思想至今仍有启发和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Chen Hengzhe is a renowned historian and litterateur as well as an outstanding educator during the time of The Republic of China.In 1920,she was employed at the faculty of Peking（Beijing） University and became the first female university professor in Chinese modern history.In ＂Prose Anthology by Hengzhe＂,she discusses about the female education.Her female education thoughts refer to the purpose and the content of female education;besides,she has original views and great exploration on female vocational education.Even today these thoughts can still be used as a reference and enlightenment. |
