摘    要:目的用薄层色谱法鉴别指甲油,选择最佳展开剂,以达到理想的分离鉴别效果。方法利用分辨率的大小以及相关系数值对展开剂体系进行考察。结果优选出薄层色谱法检验指甲油的最佳展开剂体系为正丁醇:无水乙醇:水:冰乙酸(6:2:2:1),最佳展开体系对为:正丁醇:无水乙醇:水:冰乙酸(6:2:2:1)——丙酮:乙醚:二氯甲烷:环己烷(2:1:2:8)。结论该展开剂体系对指甲油的检验具有较好的分离效果。

Abstract:50 samples of nail polish were analysis by thin layer chromatography and the developing system was studied experimentally. The results showed that ideal developing solvents were the mixture of butylalcohol, absolute ethyalcohol, water and glacial acetic acid with the volume ratio 6 : 2 : 2 : 1 and the mixture of acetone, ether,methylene dichloride, cylohexane with the ratio2:1:2: 8.
