| 摘 要： | 进入20世纪90年代以来,欧盟产品环境立法得到了快速发展,这一方面是出于应对日渐尖锐的产品环境问题的需要,另一方面也与贸易全球化的推动有关。以产品生命周期思想为指导的欧盟产品环境立法代表了当代环境保护的一种重要发展趋势。我国应该借鉴欧盟经验,完善我国产品环境立法,促进我国可持续发展目标之达成。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s',the environmental legislations for production of EEC has been greatly improved.On the one hand,it's the necessities of dealing with the production environmental problems,on the other hand,it's also driven by the globalization of the world trade.The environment legislations for productions of EEC guided by the theory of production life cycle represent an important trend of the modern environmental protection movement.We should use the EEC's experience for reference to perfect our legislations,contribute to the achievement of continual development goal. |
