知识产权法律人才培养实践教学体系的构建与实施

建设创新型国家离不开为创新产业服务的知识产权法律人才。我国知识产权法律人才培养发展迅速，但存在较为严重的重理论轻实践的问题，在人才培养知识结构上也存在着较大欠缺。产业环境在不断地对人才提出更高、更新的要求，构建一个以就业为导向，以综合能力为主线，满足社会需求的知识产权法律人才培养实践教学体系是解决问题的关键。
