| 摘 要： | 伴随着公民政治人格的发展与完善,制度建构的合法性问题日益凸显,并成为政治学研究的重要问题之一。对历史上中西传统人性观进行研究,以便揭示出人性本质,并为政治制度建构提供人性根源的依据,导正政治制度安排中合法性缺失的偏差,具有重要的理论及现实意义。

| Abstract: | With company of civil political character's development,the problem of legitimacy of system 's construction became an important issues being appeared apparently.It is important that we study on all kinds of views of human nature in Chinese and western's history and discover the nature of human nature.It is helpful to construct and develop civil political characters;it also can be the human nature's base of the political system. |
