| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的加速,"开放发展,互利共赢"成为大多数国家对外合作的理念。"一带一路"倡议依靠我国现有基础,应运而生且行之有效。随着此战略建设的持续推进,我国海外劳工的数量亦日益攀升,遭遇风险与危机的可能性不断加大,其人身、财产甚至生命等权益保障问题日益突出。海外劳工的权益保护问题不仅关系其个人安危,对"一带一路"的顺利推进也起着至关重要的作用。"他山之石,可以攻玉。"我国应该吸取其他国家在保障海外劳工权益方面的先进经验,不断完善劳工法,为海外劳工提供更加可靠的法律保障。
