| 摘 要： | 预防和减少犯罪,既是社区综合治理工作的宗旨,也是社区警务的首要任务。在新的治安形势下,应端正和树立正确的防范理念,加强防范对策的研究和宣传,彻底改变社区治安防范工作相对薄弱的局面,与时俱进地构筑人防、技防、物防有机统一的社区治安防范体系。

| Abstract: | To prevent and reduce the crime is not only the substance of synthetical supervision of community, but also the chief mission of community policing. Under the new peace order situation, we should form the correct prevention idea, strengthen the propaganda of prevention countermeasures, change the feeble complexion of the community prevention work out and out and construct the prevention system of community with the personnel, material and technology united organically. |
