| 摘 要： | 公司、企业人员受贿案件犯罪嫌疑人的个性心理结构和情境心理千差万别,但基于受贿犯罪事实的客观共性,又处于受审讯的相同环境,决定了他们在审讯期间产生的心理现象、心理活动的变化和发展有着相似的规律和特点。我们在实践中可以根据嫌疑人的具体心理特征,适当运用一定的审讯策略来获取犯罪嫌疑人的真实口供。

| Abstract: | Individual characteristics of psychology and mentality of circumstances of bribees in enterprises differed from each other in a thousand ways. However, they are much alike in the transformation and development of psychology of bribees because they have objective universality of act of accepting bribes and identical environment of trial. We can obtain their true confession through flexible application of some tactics of trial on the basis of psychological characteristics of bribees practice. |
