| 摘 要： | 国家赔偿制度是保障公民权利的一项重要法律制度,世界各民主国家均以法律的形式规定了这一制度,从世界各国国家赔偿制度的多样性中可以看出,国家赔偿立法的发展呈现出赔偿领域扩大化、侵权损害赔偿范围扩大化、归责原则多样化、公务行为扩张化趋势.

| Abstract: | The state compensation systerm is an important law system which is provided in law form in other countries across the world.We can see from the diversity of the compensation laws of other states that the compensation field and the extent of liability for tort and damages are getting expanded,that the imputation principle is getting diversified, and that the actions of public servants are getting extended. |
