| 摘 要： | 奥地利行政诉讼制度由来久远,积累了丰富的经验。我国的行政诉讼法修改可以在行政诉讼的受案范围、审判组织、审判程序以及判决与执行等方面从同为成文法体系的奥地利行政诉讼制度中得到许多建设性的启示。

| Abstract: | Austria possesses a time-honored administrative litigation system and has accumulated a great deal of beneficial experience.The amendment of administrative litigation law in China can get a good many constructive apocalypses concerning administrative litigation case scope,judgment organization,trial proceedings,verdict,exertion and suchlike from Austrian administrative litigation system since China belongs to the same system of written law as Austria. |
