为落实市总工会提出的创新要求，我们把强化项目工会联合会列作工作致力重点，千方百计把有能力、有威信的农民工组织进联合会领导班子中来，把保护好农民工劳动收益当作项目工会联合会的根本任务，把为农民工提供切实的安康性保障列为项目工会联合会工作第一要务，把关心青年农民工发展需要列为项目工会联合会建设的关键环节，要求项目工会联合会把引导农民工实现心灵和谐当作自己自觉使命，从而提高了项目工会联合会的工作质量。
