| 摘 要： | 列宁高度重视工会在俄国社会主义革命与建设方面的重要作用，认为工会不仅是一个机关，而且是全部政权所依靠的源泉。建立无产阶级和劳动群众的严格的组织和劳动纪律，是俄国社会主义革命与建设事业的基本保证。工会在这方面应发挥独一无二的作用，同时还要加强共产党对工会的教育和领导。

| Abstract: | Lenin attached the great importance to the function of the trade union in the Russian revolution and the process of construction.He not only regarded it as an organ,but as the source of all political rights.The guarantee of Russian revolution and constructing career was to draw up the strict discipline for the proletariats and masses.The trade union should play the unique role in the aspect,in the meanwhile,we should enforce the education and leading for the trade union. |
