| 摘 要： | 尽快出台工资立法,是落实劳动立法规划、完善劳动立法的要求,是转变经济结构、促进持续发展的迫切需要。工资立法应对工资关系作出全方位调整,并对工资分配原则、工资集体协商和同工同酬作专门规定。

| Abstract: | We should put forward the legislation of wage as soon as possible.It is the demand of the working legislation,economic changing,and promoting sustainable development.The legislation of wage should adjust the relationship for the employers and employees,wage allocation,the collective bargaining system,and politics of the same wage for the same job. |
