| 摘 要： | 本市各级工会组织在主动配合市政府开展的就业工作中,发挥积极作用,取得了显著成效,并探索和积累了建立促进就业工作体系、开展就业援助活动、发展工会再就业服务联社及实行就业培训、创建品牌公司等有效新方法。但同时也存在就业信息资源偏少、工作力度不平衡、工作招法缺少新意之不足。今后应通过建立多部门就业联系会议制度、建立工会系统人力资源与用工信息平台及不断创新工作方法等手段,来进一步彰显工会组织在此项工作中的大作为。
