| Abstract: | Community autonomy and citizen participation should guarantee the independence and safeguard of community autonomy from the system,adhere to the principle of community requirement,through the concrete way such as the cultivation of citizen participative consciousness,the diversification of participative channel as well as the development of participative level and so on,only then it can cause community autonomy truly to become an ideal platform,which the citizen can participate national and social public affairs effectively. |
