摘    要:基于新时期社会犬环境的分析,以及跨境有组织网络犯罪案件的特征、流程研究,在社会工程学的基础上,结合蜜罐技术原理,针对跨境有组织犯罪案件侦查工作,提出全新的研究思路和决策方案。文章首先详细阐述如何利用犯罪分子的心理弱点、网络痕迹、基本信息等敏感因素,进行伪装接触、诱导陷阱和多元化定位;其次着重介绍了社会工程学的基本方法、蜜罐技术的应用以及如何与公安信息共享、公安侦破技术相结合,已达到开创侦破新思路、推进侦破新变革的目的;最后根据实战案件,来体现新侦破模式的优势和发展前景。

Abstract:On the basis of social engineering, this article put forward brand new research ideas and decision-making schemes to the work of investigating cross-border organized crime cases combined with the principles of honey-pot technique through analyzing the overall social environment in the new era and studying the features and network flows of cross-border organized crime cases. Therefore, this article elaborates how to use sensitive factors, such as psychological weaknesses, network traces, and other basic information, to contact in disguise, lure them into a trap and locate variously first, then focuses on the basic methods of social engineering, the applications of honey-pot technique and how to combine public security information sharing with case-solving technology in order to reach the goal of opening up new ideas and carrying forward new reform in investigating cases, finally shows the advantages and development prospects of the new case-solving model according to actual cases.
