| 摘 要： | 加强民族地区县级政府能力建设,必须全面贯彻国家民族政策,制定符合民族地区实际的发展战略,提高决策能力;必须加强民族地区县域经济建设,实现制度创新,提高发展能力;必须协调各方面的利益关系,加强地区间经济协作,提高协调能力;必须解决好民族问题和社会问题,科学处理危机事件,提高社会控制能力。

| Abstract: | In enhancing the capacity of governments at county-level in ethnic autonomous areas,we need to carry out policies towards ethnic groups in an all-round way instituting development strategy that conforms to reality in ethnic autonomous areas,accelerate economic development in the areas making innovation in institutions and enhancing the capacity for development,effectively coordinate interests of every aspect strengthening economic cooperation among regions and enhancing the capacity for coorperation,correctly solve problems related to ethnic groups and social problems handling crises in a scientific way and enhancing the capacity to control society. |
