试论科学执政的理论意蕴——历史视角的一种解读

科学的涵义存在着工具性价值和理性主义价值两个认知层面。近代中国对科学的认知经历了漫长的历史过程。在相当长的时间里,局限于工具性价值层面的认识,是中国对科学的认知难以走出思想误区的表现。研究造成这一思想误区的原因,有助于认识科学执政的深刻理论意蕴。中共十六届四中全会提出“科学执政”,是一个先进的理念,标志着对共产党执政规律认识的深化。

Historic Understanding about the Meaning of Scientifical

The meaning of science contains two knowledgeable levels. There was a long historic process before the Chinese got the connotation of science in modern China. In a long term, the Chinese people always made mistakes in it, so their knowledge limited in the level of tool value. Recearching these causes of mistakes will contribute to understanding the profound meaning of scientifical governance. At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, the CP put forward "scientifical governance", which was an advanced idea and signed the deepening of cognition about the laws of holding power.
