| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的飞速发展,人类的文明程度在不断提高,作案人的反侦查行为出现了一些新的特点,诸如反侦查行为的"智能化",反侦查手段的"现代化",反侦查规模的"组织化",反侦查意识的"增强化",反侦查时间的"提前化"。研究反侦查行为的特点,有利于增强侦查人员的紧迫感和责任感,提高侦查工作的水平,以积极、主动的姿态应对新形势下的反侦查行为。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of science and technology,and the improvement of human civilization,there appears some new characteristics of counter-detection behaviors of the criminals,such as intelligent counter-detection behaviors,modernized counter-detection approaches,systematic counter-detection scale,reinforced counter-detection awareness and pre-counter-detection.The research on the characteristics of counter-detection behaviors helps to enhance the detectives’ sense of urgency and responsibility in an active response to counter-detection behaviors in the new situation. |
