试论现代侦查模式的构建

“从案到人”的侦查模式在案件侦破过程中始终发挥着重大的作用。“从人到案”的模式弥补了传统侦破方法的不足,体现了“主动进攻,先发制敌”的战略思想,日益显示出其重要价值。构建现代侦查模式,刑侦部门就要从侦查理念、运行机制、基础工作与警民合作入手,在案件侦破中协调运用“从人到案”和“从案到人”的模式,不断地完善与发展经过实战考验的手段方法,形成流畅高效的侦查新体系。

The Discussion on Constitution of Current Detection Mode

The detection mode from person to case has compensated the limitations of traditional detection methods and taken a great effect on solving case. It represented the strategic thinking about active attack and showed more and more important value. In order to constitute the current detection mode, the detection organ should reform concept and mechanism, lay firm foundation and cooperate with the people, neatly apply different detection modes and develop detection methods. Ultimately, it would come into being efficient detection system.
