| 摘 要： | 按照交通安全法的要求,道路交通事故处理民警实行任职资格制度,我国公安交通管理培训机构理应加强任职培训课程体系设置的研究。本文首先界定了该课程体系设置的原则,其次利用基于职业能力的逆向分析法讨论了课程体系的具体专业课程及其支持课程,然后从利于培训角度将上述课程模块化,并探讨了每个模块的具体内容以及目标,最后提出了培训过程中的几点注意事项。

| Abstract: | Qualification system will be carried out among traffic accidents police according to traffic safety law,which means that all traffic police training institution should enforce researches on qualification training curriculum system.In this paper,some rules for setting the training courses were appointed firstly.Professional course and its supporting courses were discussed by applying converse analysis methods based on work abilities secondly.From being propitious to training,the above curriculum system was divided into some modules,and contents and training objects of each module were discussed too.Finally,some attentions in training process were given. |
