Learning From the Experience of Governing Party of Other Countries to Improve CPC's Governing Copability

The CPC' s governing capability cannot be well improved without comparing and learning form the experience of governing party of other countries. Instead of closing our eyes to improve ourselves, we should turn our eyes to how the governing parties of other countries enhance their governing capability. By comparing and learning form their experience we can more easily get to know the proper way of improving governing capability.
