| 摘 要： | 在当前全球化浪潮、信息革命和网络时代的大潮下,软实力建设受到越来越多国家的重视,中国特色政党制度不仅蕴涵着巨大的软实力潜力和优势,是国家软实力的重要组成部分,而且对国家软实力的建设具有重要意义。新世纪新阶段面对世情、国情、党情的深刻变化,我们只有继续坚持和完善中国特色政党制度,才能保持社会稳定和发展,增强国家软实力。

| Abstract: | In the current wave of globalization,information revolution and internet age,soft power construction has been taken seriously by more and more countries.The political party system with Chinese characteristics,which has been an important part of China’s national soft power,not only contains tremendous potential and advantages,but also possesses important significance to the construction of the country’s soft power.In new century,facing profound changes of the world,country and party,we can do nothing but continuing to uphold and improve the political party system with Chinese characteristics,in order to maintain social stability and development,and strengthen the country’s soft power. |
