| 摘 要： | 完善中国共产党与党外人士合作共事制度是我党长期以来坚持的基本策略。在新时期的条件下,加强党与党外人士的合作共事是理顺党政关系,完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度,深化参政党参政议政、民主监督职能的重要体现。针对目前党同党外人士合作共事中存在的突出问题,解决的办法关键在于坚持分工合作中权职一致,拓宽党外人才选配的领域,加强民主党派自身的人才队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Improving the cooperation between the CPC and non-Party people is the basic strategy of our Party. In the new era, to strengthen the party＇s cooperation with non-party people is to rationalize the relationship between parties, improve the CPC-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system, deepen the function of political participation and oversight. Facing the problems in the practice, the key is to uphold the rights and duties of division of labor, broaden the field of matching talent, strengthen the building of democratic parties and their personnel. |
