| 摘 要： | 依法执政是实现党的执政方式转变的根本途径,因此,要下大力气全面推进依法执政,实现党的执政方式根本转变.要正确处理好党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的关系;党必须依法进入政权组织;党必须自觉在宪法和法律范围内活动;增强法制观念,坚持依法治国;党要学会运用宪法和法律进行治国理政.

| Abstract: | The rule of law is the basic way to change the Party's way of governance. So we should make great effort to promoting the rule of law to change the Party's way of governance and correctly handle the relation between the leadership of the CPC, the people being the masters of the country and ruling the country by law. The CPC must cany out its activities within the constitution. We should enhance our awareness of law and persist in ruling the country by law. |
